Context
As Operations Support Manager for the Automotive portfolio I built the reporting that gave senior leaders early sight of enrollment gaps.
Business question
Where are the gaps in the enrollment pipeline, early enough for recruitment planning to respond, and is the student data behind them complete?
Data
Student enrollment records across four campuses, reconciled against the Banner student system.
Approach
- Built Power BI dashboards that tracked the enrollment pipeline for over 3,000 students a year.
- Wrote SQL queries that surfaced missing data across roughly 10% of student records.
- Closed the gaps ahead of each reporting deadline.

Recommendation
Run SQL completeness checks before each reporting deadline and close gaps at the source, so the dashboards give leaders an accurate live view of the funnel.
